O₂ Care is a young adult residential care provider established in 2023, offering therapeutic care for individuals aged 18-65. Based in Greater Manchester, we are dedicated to delivering comprehensive therapeutic services to the young people in our care. As a smaller provider, we prioritise a close-knit team environment, focusing on young adult development and wellbeing, unlike larger organisations.

Our services include direct therapeutic work with young adults, facilitated by our in-house psychologists and assistant psychologists, along with therapeutic training for all staff members. We strive to create a nurturing environment that fosters a sense of belonging, empowerment, and the realisation of untapped potential. Our aim is to build a culture where everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, feels valued, supported, and equipped with the tools needed to thrive.

We address immediate challenges while promoting long-term resilience and self-reliance. By offering a range of services and interventions via our very experienced multidisciplinary team including psychiatrist , psychologist, occupational therapist and mental health nurse practitioner we empower young adults to overcome obstacles, embrace their strengths, and confidently navigate their journey towards a brighter future. Our dedicated team provides both practical assistance and the emotional and psychological support necessary for personal growth and wellbeing.
