She moved to the UK from India in 2005, and in 2009, she began her career in care as a Carer. It quickly became clear how much she valued supporting others and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
While working, she pursued NVQs and additional training to strengthen her knowledge and skills. Over the years, she progressed through various roles—including Team Leader, Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager, and eventually Registered Manager. Each step deepened her commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.In October 2023, she had the opportunity to open our new Bradford branch as Service Manager. One of her proudest achievements has been building a multicultural team that works together with trust, respect, and purpose. This experience has reinforced her belief in the power of consistency, clear communication, and shared accountability. When staff feel supported, the quality of care naturally follows.Her approach is simple: respect every individual’s background, maintain open and honest communication, and always look for ways to improve. This ensures that every client—and every colleague—feels genuinely valued.
